We offer flat rate, $5.00 shipping on all orders eligible for USPS First Class Postage. We also offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. For these options, the cost is calculated at checkout using the weight of the package and the ship to location.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing
your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping
confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us
know by emailing support@architecturalmailboxes.com. We will be happy to find
out what is going on with your order.
Orders placed before 10am PST are shipped same day via the shipping method you choose at checkout. All other orders are shipped the following day. Once shipped, most orders are received within 3-7 business days.
Actual delivery time will be determined by the shipping method chosen by the purchaser at the time of purchase. Each order has a tracking number that will be included with the shipping confirmation email. Please follow this tracking number to receive updates.
Architectural Mailboxes is not responsible for delayed or missing packages once shipped.
We suggest finding your product from the Parts by Product page and seeing what parts are available for purchase for your specific product. The images should help you identify the part that will help bring your Architectural Mailboxes product back to its full potential.

We suggest you scroll through our Parts by Products page to find your product by its looks - your mailbox may be red or orange, but you may see the black version of your mailbox. Once you click your product, you will see photos and names of the replaceable parts.
The product's item number can often be found on the white sticker either on the back of the mailbox or the underneath of a posts mounting plate.
We are happy to help you identify which part you need if you
are unsure. Once your purchase is made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.

with the correct shipping address. Check your tracking number to see if your
order has a “Delivered” status. If you have confirmed these and have still not

Sorry, once an order is placed, we are unable to change your order.
Ensure you’ve identified your correct product and part that will help fix your
mailbox.
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is
likely the result of one or two things:
-Your order was never actually placed and
processed
-You have entered an incorrect email address with
your order
If you are certain that the email address linked to your
order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your
order confirmation. If you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please
email support@architecturalmailboxes.com.
